Noah and Daren went into seeing “Justice League” with eager geek hearts and minds, and returned very disappointed. Is there a disconnect between the darker tone that Zack Snyder created and the lighter tone that Joss Whedon introduced when he was brought in to replace Zack mid-way through post-production? Were the wrong DC superheroes picked for this initial team, when a different lineup might have told a slightly different story?
The guys feel this one was geared more towards the action movie fan rather than the die-hard DC Superheroes fans, or fans of the old “Justice League” titles, or even the animated series. The appeal is there for one section of fans, but for older comics fans, maybe not quite as much fun.
