Executive Director Enrica Jang of The Edgar Allan Poe House & Museum and Poe Baltimore talks about the 8th Annual International Edgar Allan Poe Festival, October 3-5 2025 in Baltimore MD.

Admission for the main street festival, from 11am-4pm on October 4-5 at 203 N. Amity Street, is FREE, with other ticketed special events available around the city:

The Black Cat Ball: A Mesmeric Masquerade
Saturday, October 4, Westminster Hall
Raven Reception & Movie Nite, VIP Twilight Cemetery Tour
Friday, October 3, Lord Baltimore Hotel
Death Weekend Bus Tours
October 2, 4 & 5, Departing Poe House

Free Outdoor Festival
October 4 & 5 | Poe House, 203 N. Amity Street
A macabre midway of readings, art, street performances, vendors, and the annual Costume POErade—free to join! Plus appearances by the Charm City Ghostbusters, nerd-core legend MC Lars, and YouTube super-fowl Chad the Bird. Enjoy the return of the RavenBeer Garden and look for representatives from other Poe Places including Poe House, The Poe Museum (Richmond) and The Poe Cottage, NYC.

NEW this year: exhibits and events commemorating 150 years of the Poe Monument at Westminster Hall, including rare artifacts, historic conspiracies, and a commemorative concert featuring the U.S. premiere of Alexina Louie’s musical setting of The Raven.

This year marks the 180th anniversary of “The Raven” and the 176th anniversary of Poe’s mysterious death—milestones that will be honored with live performances, dramatic readings, immersive experiences, local food and drinks.

All proceeds benefit The Edgar Allan Poe House & Museum, currently undergoing a once-in-a-generation expansion to secure its place among the world’s great literary landmarks. For the full schedule and tickets, or more information, visit poefestinternational.com
